What's the Craze?

When my son, John approached me about coming out of retirement to start a freeze dried candy business with him, I must admit that I didn't have a clue as to what he was referring to or for that matter, what freeze dried candy even was. 

After hearing him describe the "freeze dried candy" process and how it absolutely transforms the taste by bringing the flavor immediately to your palate, or should I say, your taste buds, I agreed to move forward.

Having built several companies from ground up and successfully selling them, the one thing I said was, we have to make sure that we monitor quality control. 

You have to realize something about me, and that is if I'm going to be involved in a company, I'm going to make sure that it is the top providing company when it comes to quality and service. Of course, I raised John to agree with those principles, so no worries there. 

We bought our equipment and began producing products, and I must say, I was blown away at what the flavor actually did to the candy and snacks. I understood for the first time what all the craze was about freeze dried candy!

As we engaged with the public at the Marion County Fair and the Hotdog Festival in Frankfurt, IN, they too were excited to see us, and it made me realize how great of a service we were providing to our customers with our quality freeze dried candy and snacks products.
